In reply to Dave Welch. Just did this on low carb tortillas. Par baked the tortillas until crisp and added the toppings. Baked fat 7 min at 350. Then kicked it up to 425 until I liked the color. Excellent.

In reply to Jessica Sue. Glad you like this! I just used a regular sized paper for the hands, and for the background/frame, I used a large sheet of construction paper. I believe the 11 by 14 and then trimmed it down into a square once I got their prints and text glued on. Good luck!

We typically buy the King Arthur Keto Pizza Dough mix and use that for our keto pizzas. It’s pretty good and allows us to get our pizza fix. We had planned to make it for lunch today and realized we forgot to pick up a new box of the pizza mix. I had seen this recipe a couple of times and we always have low carb mission tortillas on hand (they’re our fav), so we decided to give this recipe a shot. It was soooo good. Just perfect. My partner and I like different sauce/toppings on our pizza and this allowed us to do our own personal pizzas. I put them both on top of a cooking sheet with a rack, to allow the air to crisp up the bottom as they cooked. I roasted them in the over for 13 minutes at 350 and they were absolutely perfect. Thanks for such a great/quick/easy recipe! We’ll never go back to the hassle of making our own dough again.

I've been making my pizza crust with almond flour and mozzarella cheese and then I saw your post about using low carb flour tortillas great idea saves me allot of time and they taste amazing thank you God Bless
